The organizer of the contest is "Star Nails - Bulgaria" Ltd., UIC 825197093, VAT ID BG825197093, with headquarters and management address: city of Plovdiv, Iztochen district, 2 "Damyan Balabanov" street, represented by Emilia Petkova Dinkova - Manager.
The right to vote is available to any user registered on the Facebook social network who wishes to exercise their right to vote for their preferred manicurist or pedicurist.
Each user has the right to vote for a certain participant in a given category once.
Each user is allowed to vote for more than one entrant in each category.
Users can vote for their favorites in categories:
The judging in the "Therapeutic Pedicure" and "ART poster" categories is entirely by a jury.
The user has the right to cast their vote through their Facebook profile. By voting for their favorite, each user participates in a game with prizes provided by the organizer.
The first game will be organized with all voters for the period from August 1 to August 8, 2024 (inclusive). On August 9, three lucky winners will be drawn at random from all those who voted within the period.
- Prize fund: 3 (three) SNB Professional cosmetic sets.
The second game will be organized with all voters for the period from August 9 to August 15, 2024 (inclusive). Three lucky winners will be drawn at random on August 16 from all those who voted within the period.
- Prize fund: 3 (three) SNB Professional cosmetic sets.
The third game will be organized with all voters for the period from August 16 to August 23, 2024 (inclusive). On August 24th, three lucky winners will be randomly drawn from all those who voted within the period.
- Prize fund: 3 (three) SNB Professional cosmetic sets.
The fourth game will be organized with all voters for the period from August 24 to August 31, 2024 (inclusive). On September 2, three lucky winners will be randomly drawn from all those who voted within the period.
- Prize fund: 3 (three) SNB Professional cosmetic sets.
If the user wishes to participate in a subsequent game, they must vote again, but for another professional, or for the same professional if they are participating in a different category.

The format is implemented on an online platform where participants voluntarily create their own profile and photo gallery in order to promote their professional practice and attract new clients.
In this platform, every manicurist and pedicurist can show their best manicure and pedicure designs and models that they have personally made in their professional practice.
