We are aware of the importance of the privacy, security and protection of our clients and partners. We make our best to provide security of all the activities related to your personal data.

This privacy policy is applicable to all the companies of Star Nails - Bulgaria Ltd. and to all websites, domains, apps and products.

We don’t exercise control over third parties’ websites and we don’t share opinion or statement about third parties’ policy which may differ from ours. Star Nails – Bulgaria Ltd. follows appropriate policy according to international principles and frameworks for inviolability of personal life and protection of the personal information.

Confidentiality of child personal data

Star Nails - Bulgaria Ltd. collects information from children between the ages of 14 and 19 related only to their participation in the Annual Awards EMILY competition. For children under the age of 16, a Declaration of Consent from a parent-guardian is required. The contents of the sites and their navigation are not further adapted for children. In cases where Star Nails - Bulgaria Ltd learns that it has data about children who are not participating in the contest, they will be deleted or anonymized as soon as we learn about it.

We use rational and adequate technical, physical and administrative procedures to keep safe the date we collect and use. Star Nails – Bulgaria Ltd. gathers and preserves the data according to the law in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.

These organizations (payment services, order delivery, IT services, etc.) are obliged by the power of a contract to keep and manage properly the data of our clients only for the purposes in relation with providing the service.

Obeying the law to assist the authorities including keeping our services and products in line with the law and protect the safety and the rights of Star Nails – Bulgaria Ltd. employees and property.

Preferences for confidentiality: We provide the possibility of subscribing for messages from us and to choose the method of receiving the messages – via e-mail, mobile or online. This possibility is not applicable in cases of sending messages in relation to manage and fulfil orders and contracts which is not promotional information.

Right to receive acknowledgement from us if we use your personal data

Right to access your personal data and receive a copy of it. We can provide access to the following information too:

• The recipients and the categories of recipients who have received access to your personal data especially recipients in third countries and international organizations;
• When possible, the period of time we keep your personal data and when impossible, the criteria for defining the period of time;

Right to change and update the data

Right to eliminate the data (right of obliteration): You have the right to ask from us to delete your personal data without unnecessary delay. We are obligated to delete this data when one of the following reasons are present and there isn’t necessity of successive act:

• The personal data no longer is necessary for the purposes it was gathered for;
• You revoke your consent based on article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of GDPR and article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of GDPR and when there isn’t a legal reason of use;
• You take exception to article 21, paragraph 1 of GDPR and to article 21, paragraph 2 of GDPR;
• Your data was illegally used;
• Your data must be deleted in order to keep with a legal duty in the Union’s law or the country’s law;
• Your data was gathered in relation to offer the services to the information society, listed in article 8, paragraph 2 of GDPR.

• You have the right to ask us to restrict the use of your personal data when:
• You have a dispute with us about the exactness of the data we keep about you;
• The use is illegal and you don’t want we to delete the data, but to restrict the use;
• We don’t need the data we received from you, but you want we to keep it and restrict the access to it
• You take exception to use your data according to article 21, paragraph 1 of GDPR while a procedure of verification of our use of the data is completed.

Right to transfer data

You can ask us to present you your personal data in commonly used file format. You have the right to give the data to another administrator in case that use is based on article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of GDPR or article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of GDPR or a contract according to article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of GDPR and the use is executed automatically (when the use isn’t necessary for completing a task, issued in public interest or executing our public power). When you exert your right to transfer data according to article 20, paragraph 1 of GDPR you can give your data directly from one administrator to another in the cases when this is technically possible and doesn’t concern the rights of another person.

In case we can’t answer your inquiries, you have the right to contact the Commission for Personal Data Protection or to seek legal protection if you consider that your rights are infringed.

Actualization of the Privacy Policy

Star Nails – Bulgaria Ltd. actualizes regularly the present Privacy Policy and publishes the actual text and the date of the last actualization.

If we make essential changes in the Privacy Policy which fundamentally modify our practices about confidentiality, we will inform you via different channels – with message on the e-mail, telephone, in our social media channels or website before the changes become valid.
